Training Sessions 2009

The Training Session is held at Eastney Swimming Pool. Please be punctual, teams are selected at quarter to the hour in the car park outside the pool, this is done to maximize our playing time. The session does not finish until ten minutes to the hour. Please arrive before quarter to the hour, if you arrive late, you will not be placed in a team and will have to sit out.
