Training Session (2008-2009)
The Training Session is held at Eastney Swimming Pool. Please be punctual, teams are selected at quater to the hour in the car park outside the pool, this is done to maximise our playing time. The session does not finish until ten minutes to the hour. Please arrive before quater to the hour, if you arrive late, you will not be placed in a team and will have to sit out.
