Don’t forget:
# Wednesday 26th October : Glove Making Social 4pm, the Union
# Friday 28th October : Octopush does Haloween!!, 8pm, Spice Inn Island, Old Portsmouth
Pushers designed by Octopush players for Octopush players. This sight comes highly recommended by many Octopush players. They don’t just do pushers either. Take a look at their web site: http://www.bentfishdesign.com/
I don’t want to moan, but I have been asked to post the following: Please ensure that you are not late to training sessions, we meet outside the pool in the car park and start picking teams at quarter to the hour.
Also if you use club kit, it would be really appreciated if you could return it to the kit box as neatly as possible. If you use some of the new blue fins please put the foot shapers back in when you put them away.
Most of you are on time and tidy the kit away very well so this is just a friendly reminder. Thanks for helping the club run a bit smoother.
Gloves are handy if you like your hand to stay in one piece. There are so many types and most are custom made. So talk to some of the members and see what they are using we might be able to help you sort something out. Or take a look at the British Underwater Hockey Association Website they have some gloves there. But make sure you speak to someone at the club before you part with your cash.
Pushers are handy too & always come in pairs. There are quite a few types and some are custom made. They come in wood and plastic and are different for left and right handed players. So talk to some of the members first and see what they are using we might be able to help you sort something out.
