Wednesday training, St Edmunds Pool

TRAINING TOMORROW night at St Edmunds pool (Arundel Street, PO1 1NX) is ON!

Meet 7.15pm to hit the pool on time. Pool time is from 7.30pm till 9.00pm. This will be a PRIVATELY RUN SESSION by some of us and Southsea Juniors. We work on a subs basis to simply pay the £30 pool hire. The more, the merrier though!

For anyone interested to see and feel what Underwater Hockey really is like: Try out the sports with us this afternoon!

If you have never played, don’t worry about equipment or anything, we can provide all. For those who have fins, mask and snorkel: bring them along! Otherwise, have your usual swimming kit and you’ll be fine.

We meet at Portsmouth Uni’ Student Union, Cambridge Road, at 4.15pm to show you the way to the pool. For everyone who already knows where Eastney swimming pool is (Melville Road, PO4 9TB), meet you at the pool by 4.30pm.

We will be in the pool for 2hrs and then head together to our local pub, The Eldon Arms, and have a pint and a Sunday Roast for £1 each!

Club Closed for Summer

The club is now closed for the summer. Training will resume in October, however there are still one or two social activities planned before the end of May so keep an eye on our Facebook group.

Easter Break

The Club will be closed from the 2nd April 2009 until 21st April 2009. The first training session after the Easter break is on Wednesday the 22nd at 20:45.

First Training Session Of 2009

The first training session of 2009 will be held on Wednesday the 7th January, then we could all go to the Union after for the First Purple Wednesday of 2009.
